    I am having trouble putting together examples for three behaviour questions using the STAR method. Provide an example of when you needed to apply your judgment to reach a decision guided by complex regulations or policies. Describe a time when a significant change presented an opportunity to improve the quality of your work. and Describe a scenario when you collaborated with another stakeholder to resolve an operational challenge. Can you please provide examples

    Excellent video, Amri! You did a fantastic job🤩presenting the complete truth and addressing the most important aspects of this job. As a senior RC I wholeheartedly agree with everything you've presented. Kudos!👏 Additionally, other duties in this role may include: - Conducting pre-screening calls, - Checking candidates' language skills, - Obtaining references or conducting background checks, - Managing online assessment tests (often for high-level positions due to the costs associated with such tests), - Managing feedback (sometimes also explaining to a candidate a reason for rejection of his/her application), - Performance reporting, - Maintaining confidentiality for applicants and company-wide (as some hiring managers and their team members may overlook GDPR rules). 😘

    Last year, I enrolled in an online customer service course. While I completed the introduction part, it's difficult to finish the assessment because is too long and the answers must to be creative answer. I'd be glad to share the assessment questions for input. Also if I m stay longer in front of the computer I have headache

      I wouldn't recommend it for answering questions like 'What are your strengths' - it can be used but it may make your answer longer. There are other ways to answer this which I cover here: How to answer 'what are your strengths' ruclips.net/video/MWvjGSURzxA/видео.html

    Companies tell their employees to write down reviews as soon as they get hired. So, they wait a couple of weeks ,then human resources get back to the employee and ask again to write a review. Those are the reviews you read on Glassdoor. The only thing I read from those reviews are the disadvantages section.

    When you are introverted plus unemployed for months even years, it could be frustrating because it is harder to show what you are really capable of. However, you have to have dignity and move on if companies reject or ghost you. No one is perfect and if they are looking for the perfect candidate they would never find it. ' It's true that they have the balls in their court, but they don't realize that tomorrow it could be them the ones that are on the other side. So do your best, and try to not let these things undermine you.

      Agreed with you. We want to know the feedback from the interviewers so we can improve next time. However, they don't provide the feedback to the candidates or get back to you. It's frustrating !!

      To answer this I recommend having a think about your values and what has pushed you to that particular role or industry, for example your innovation, creativity or integrity, you can then use that as a descriptor for your personal brand - for example: 'an innovator,' 'a creative', 'a corporate strategist', and then expand on why that is your personal brand.

    It’s so stupid you have to do all this just for an interview hahahaa I just had to say it. I have a job on the bag but the one I really want is asking for this types of pre recorded questions and I can’t really lie or elaborate on situations in so short amount of time and hit points that are useless for the job I’m gonna be doing hahaha I’m frustrated cause I know I’m a fucking great salesman and customer service person and problem solver but this is totally stupid
